Pop artiste Wizkid on Thursday clashed with fellow singer Reekado Banks over a song he planned to release at midnight.
Born Solomon Ayoleyi, Reekado Banks via his Twitter page posted a video clip of ‘Omo Olomo’ which featured Wizkid.
He captioned the post, “Out of control, gbedu must drop. This one with my brother @wizkidayo ‘OMO OLOMO’ midnight dropping Still on the matter !!! #EndSWAT #EndSARS #EndPoliceBrutality.”
Wizkid who was not impressed with Reekado’s behaviour asked him to delete the post, accusing him of being insensitive to the situation in the country concerning the fight against police brutality.
“Delete this dude! Can’t believe you’re even doing this at a time like this. Old song! #endsars fool!” Wizkid wrote in the now-deleted tweet.
Born Ayodeji Balogun, Wizkid’s album Made In Lagos was supposed to be released on October 15 but has been postponed over the #EndSARS campaign.
